My stay at THE DIPLOMAT HOLLYWOOD was a rollercoaster of experiences. On one hand, the staff truly exceeded expectations with their warm welcome and attentiveness, making me feel valued during a chaotic time. The room had a stunning view and was relatively spacious, though it didn’t shine like I expected from previous visits. On the downside, the beach experience was disappointing due to overcrowding and overpriced rentals. Overall, while there were highs and lows, the friendly atmosphere and staff made a significant difference.
